Jamie Smith is the founder, owner and one of the vastly talented
Chefs at JLS Catering . After leaving school, Jamie went into the wedding caterers essex
trade with the Accor Group of hotels, primarily working with Novotel
Ipswich. He furthered his career at Novotel Southampton and then was
promoted to General Manager of Novotel Bradford and at that moment in
time became the youngest manager worldwide! Jamie’s manager at the time,
felt that he would succeed in life “purely and simply because of his
ability, dedication and his personal flair” and this still holds true
today.
Upon Leaving Novotel, Jamie created JLS Catering and using
all of his “ability, dedication and personal flair” he has built up a
solid business that is dedicated to providing quality catering. Our
company has qualified staff with many years of experience in all aspects
of the hotel and catering industry. JLS Catering also works very
closely with a training consultant on food hygiene and health and safety
matters.
Our client base ranges from large companies to private
individuals and includes running in-house franchises, children’s
nurseries, sports venues, local Masonic lodges, to weddings and other
functions.
Jamie therefore has a wealth of experience to put to
